Life is a full day Saturday workshop where I share with
you the techniques, insights, teachers and tools that
have the biggest impact on my joyful experience of being
alive.
I have been able to make such permanent transformations
in my own life, that I wish to share with you.

"Thank you so much for Saturday
- it was a wonderful day and I learnt so so much.
It was very special. I felt wonderful that night and
even better on the Sunday - very calm and happy and
clear about things. I have been meditating each day
since and am feeling really good about it all.

I am trying not to force things
in my life, just visualising what it is that I would
like and then being open to the endless possibilities
that may open in front of me. My partner was very
supportive about it all, which is so wonderful - he
(and my close friends) have noticed a recent change
in me - a lightening of me, my ability to laugh more
freely. I also feel this. Thank you so much for being

"I have some exciting news!
My visualisations have worked!! I am leaving my job
on 15 March and I am starting my own Company - working
from home - exactly what I have been visualising during
my meditation!!!!!! I am so excited and I already
have my first 2 contracts and 2 more in the pipeline!
You have opened my life up to so many possibilities
- thank you so much.
Whenever I feel down or that things
are too hard - I think of you and of the workshop
day and how great I felt that day - that gives me
